Beautiful nights is a punk rock love song that toes the line between ballad and banger. It has all the energy of a classic punk rock tune mixed with the orchestration and melody of a power ballad. The song is about longing for the one you love, and wishing that they were there to share memorable moments with you.
Shot at Suntown Studios by the talented Peter John at EPIK Films (Paper Kites, Bliss n Eso, Simple Plan). The video aims to capture the spirit of the song with sweeping shots of city scapes and moonlit nights giving the viewer the nostalgic feeling of wanting to be with the one you love.

Wishful Thinking is a punk rock band that writes Happy songs about Sad things.
Forming in Launceston, Tasmania by brothers Carl and Lachie Jackson. The brothers moved through Townsville and Melbourne and were joined by Alistair Elkins on bass and Leigh Thompson on drums on the way.
The band has played with international punk acts such as MxPx, Millencolin & Anberlin as well as local legends Antiskeptic, Area-7, The Getaway Plan and For Amusement Only.
The band released their “One More Time” EP in 2020.
The single "Time to be Alone" off the "One More Time" EP was been well received, achieving radio play on Triple J, Triple M and community radio across Australia.
